Erin Thompson

After 18 years of experience in group fitness, personal training, health promotion, and fitness appraisal in a variety of capacities, Erin now specializes in lifestyle behaviour change and has helped over one thousand individuals achieve their health and exercise goals using her Prioritization Method. She holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology Honours degree from Brock University, is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Functional Movement and Breathing screen advocate, a hip hop and yoga instructor, and an avid runner.
